SAFe Foundation class (SAFe® 5 Architect certified)
Preparing for official certification, enriched with lots
of best practices
by experts in the field

This foundation class is not just a standard certification class. It is one of the very few SAFE Architecture courses on the market given by trainers whom themselves are seasoned architects. And even more so,  it balances an optimal mix between theory, practical cases and exercises.
The foundation class is focusing on being successful as an enterprise, solution and system architect in a (scaled) agile environment. The perfect 360° preparation for your official Certification and much more!

The course offers support and guidance to a set of architects to incorporate an agile mindset and lean practices in their daily routines, in order to align with the agile teams or team of teams. To gain their trust and to become truly impactful.

In addition to working agile, the architecture team or group must also explore to what extent the architecture of the systems itself needs to be agile in order to support the Enterprise strategy.

During this three-day course, attendees will explore the roles, responsibilities, and mindset of Agile Architects. They will appreciate how to align architecture with the Minimum Viable Product (MVP), the Minimum Marketable Features (MMF) and learn how to drive continuous flow to large systems-of-systems while supporting SAFe program execution.
